Test web speed before any optimization on GTMetrix
Analyze the waterfall chart to see which object is slow
Image header.jpg is hogging a lot of time, lets change the image.
Use W3 cache to cache content.
Speed after page cache and minify setting. also unload some of the unused plugins with asset removal.
Seems like the only thing that slows the website is image. If reducing the image size causes the quality to drop then leave it as is.
